Do you sell ALL of your art?

Some artwork is for sale as reproductions on the store. If you are interested in a specific piece or an original that you see on Facebook or Instagram, send me a request for a size/price quote. Most original are 16X20 or smaller. Larger reproductions are possible. Theencoreartistry@gmail.com

If I don’t like my purchase can I return it?

We do our best to clearly represent our clothing in the mock-ups you see on the site. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but no returns or refunds will be authorized unless the product has a defect or is the wrong size (not what you ordered). We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns will be accepted for material damage or incorrect item/size (size other than the size indicated on the original order). Please make sure you are ordering the correct size (all sizing charts are included) as returns for fit will not be authorized.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded.

Why does it take extra time to receive our order?

This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions and understanding receipt could be up to 2 weeks.

What is the art medium for your wearable art.

Artwork is made with acrylic paints on canvas. While the originals are for sale, they are beautiful as reproductions on canvas or aluminum; you have more choice of sizes as well.
